Craig Didmon is entering his fifteenth season of coaching and first year as Assistant Coach with the Victoria Grizzzlies. He joins the Grizzlies after a successful five year stint as Head Coach and General Manager of The Victoria Cougars (Vancouver Island Junior Hockey League). There he coached the Cougars to three Division titles, two League titles and a Provincial Championship.

He played youth hockey with Juan De Fuca and Racquet Club Minor Hockey Associations and then went on to play three seasons in the BCHL for Cowichan and Victoria.

Didmon has been teaching in the Victoria area the past nine years. He currently runs a Hockey Canada Skills Academy at Spencer Middle School.

Craig and his wife Layla currently live in the West Shore with their eight year old son Ty.

Victor Gervais is entering his first year as an Assistant Coach for the Victoria Grizzlies. He joins the Grizzlies after two very successful seasons of coaching with the Juan de Fuca Major Midgets AAA Grizzlies.

Born and raised in Prince George,Victor played 15 years of professional hockey. He was drafted by the Washington Capitals in 1989. His playing career included stints in the AHL, IHL, ECHL culminating with 5 years in the DEL Elite German League.

Born and raised in Victoria, David left home at 14 to go to the Notre Dame Hounds in Wilcox, Saskatchewan. He split his Major Junior (WHL) between Tri-Cities and Lethbridge and was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs. Played 10 years with stints in the AHL, IHL, and the ECHL. In addition to the Spectrum Hockey Program, David has worked with both Bantam and Midget AAA teams at Juan de Fuca the past two years.
