Grizzlies Make Pair of Roster Moves

Victoria, BC ~ The Victoria Grizzlies announced on Thursday afternoon that they had made a pair of moves on the roster ahead of Friday night’s meeting with the Surrey Eagles.

 

First the Grizzlies announced that they had traded ’06 Goaltender Dylan Adams to the Blackfalds Bulldogs in exchange for future considerations. Dylan joined the Grizzlies from the Battlefords North Stars in the SJHL with whom he had appeared in one game. Adams did not make an appearance as a member of the Grizzlies.

 

Victoria than announced that they had signed Princeton committed 19 year old; Seamus Latta who had played in two games in the USHL with the Omaha Lancers.

 

Seamus hails from St. Paul, Minnesota, USA and was the captain of Salisbury School (USHS-Prep) last season where he had 15 goals and 28 points in 27 games.

 

These moves come on the heels of a five game losing streak for the Grizzlies who are also dealing with some newly injured players, while seeing some return from ailments.
