VICTORIA, BC. Not every family is fortunate enough to have food on the table or to be with their loved ones this holiday season. So the Grizzlies are partnering up with the Goldstream food bank on the 17th of December during the Grizzmas Food Bank Game. Giving back to the community has always been one of the Grizzlies missions and that hasn’t changed.
Give back and save! Fans are encouraged to bring food donations to Saturday’s game. If the food donation is equal to or more than $20 in value the fans get a special $10 adult admission deal on their walk up tickets.
Jersey auction. The Grizzlies plan to suit up in never before seen Christmas sweater inspired jerseys with a special appearance from none other than their famous mascot, Grizz who has graced this jersey by appearing on the shoulders. The jerseys will be auctioned off online starting on December 15th at 12:00pm (PT) and ending on December 17th at 8:45pm (PT). Don’t miss out on these beauties.

Municipalities Contest. Why not add some healthy competition to the mix? The Grizzlies are challenging all of Westshore’s Municipalities and their Emergency Service providers to compete and see who can bring in the most donated food and fans to the game.
