The Grizzlies have transferred the BCHL playing rights of Keyvan Mokhtari to the Vernon Vipers for future considerations.
During his time with the Grizzlies, Keyvan played 107 league games and recorded 30 goals, 37 assists for a total of 67 points. He will long be remembered for his double overtime goal in Game 7 vs the Powell River Kings to clinch the Island Division Championship. This past season, Keyvan Mokhtari also accepted a scholarship to play his NCAA Division 1 hockey for the Colorado College Tigers.
“I enjoyed every second of being a Grizzly and I wish the organization my best next season.” remarked Mokhtari.
The Grizzlies organization would like to sincerely thank Keyvan for the two great seasons he has had with us and for the solid efforts he put forth on the ice and in the community. He will be missed and we wish him great success with his hockey career.
