Alex Newhook, Alex Campbell and Jeremie Bucheler just left Alberta on Monday following the World Junior A Challenge.

Next month theyโ€™ll be headed back there again.

The three Victoria Grizzlies were named Tuesday to the Canadian Junior Hockey League top prospects game Jan. 22 in Okotoks, Alta.

Grizzlies captain and B.C. Hockey League scoring leader Newhook is projected by Central Scouting for the first round of the 2019 NHL draft and Campbell for the mid to late rounds.

The players were picked in partnership with the CJHL, NHL, Hockey Canada and NHL Central Scouting.

The players chosen to participate in the CJHL Top Prospects Game are among the top 40 CJHL prospects heading into the 2019 NHL draft in Vancouver.

Eleven BCHL players were invited to the top-prospects game.
