Victoria Travels The Cariboo For First Meeting With Spruce Kings

Prince George, BC
~ The Victoria Grizzlies have touched down in Prince George and prepare for a 7:00 o’clock puck-drop against the Spruce Kings at the Kopar Memorial Arena.

Victoria (13-10-0) are coming off a 7-3 loss at home on Sunday against the Langley Rivermen so tonight will not only a chance to see them switch back to winning ways but make it a five game stretch where they go 4-1. They have won three of their last four.

Prince George (12-9-1) have had a strong start to their year and have scored more goals than anyone in the BCHL. Their just over 4.3 goals-per-game is tops of the league. Victoria will have to try to stop their defensive woes as of late.

The Grizzlies will be without their leading scorer Sam Rousseau who did not travel with the team. He is listed as day-to-day.

Puck drop is at 7:00 pm pst and is available to listen to live for free on mixLR the official audio stream app of the Grizzlies. Click here.
