Victoria BC – The Victoria Grizzlies waited patiently to learn their round two opponent, a suspense that lingered until the climactic game 7 showdown between the Alberni Valley Bulldogs and the Coquitlam Express. The Bulldogs emerged victorious with a resounding 4-1 win on home ice, setting the stage for a face-off against the Grizzlies’ next challenger, the formidable Surrey Eagles. Meanwhile, the Alberni Valley Bulldogs are slated to clash with the Chilliwack Chiefs in their own best-of-seven series.
The series kicks off with Games 1 and 2 in Surrey on Friday and Saturday (April 19th and 20th), before returning to the Q Centre in Victoria for Games 3 and 4 on Monday, April 22nd, and Tuesday, April 23rd, respectively. All home games are scheduled to commence at 7 p.m.
