David Michaud
President & Governor
As President of the Victoria Grizzlies, David Michaud oversees all aspects of the organization’s business operations, with responsibility for the club’s overall business strategy, revenue growth and community presence.
His portfolio includes corporate partnerships, ticketing and attendance strategy, marketing, community initiatives, game-day business operations and the development of new revenue opportunities. David works directly with the Grizzlies corporate partners, building long-term relationships and developing partnerships designed to deliver meaningful value for both the businesses involved and the community.
Under his leadership, the Grizzlies have placed an increased emphasis on making games more accessible to local families, strengthening the team’s connection to the West Shore and creating a game-night experience that extends well beyond the hockey itself.
David also works closely with the teams hockey operations staff to ensure the organization continues to grow both on and off the ice, with the goal of establishing the Victoria Grizzlies as one of Vancouver Island’s leading sports and entertainment properties.
Sheryl Williamson
Billet Coordinator & Community Relations
Sheryl joined the Grizzlies in 2016 as the Billet Coordinator. Sheryl served 8 years in the Canadian Military, followed by 18 years in the BC Corrections Branch prior to making the move to the hockey world. Sheryl is actively involved in minor hockey in the West Shore with Juan de Fuca Minor Hockey, serving as President. She is married to a 28-year military veteran, has three children and one granddaughter, who is the light of her life.
Jennifer Souter
Manager, Community Partnerships
Jennifer serves as the Manager, Community Partnerships for the Victoria Grizzlies and Victoria Shamrocks, where she leads community outreach, group ticket sales, and fan development initiatives. A recent MBA graduate from Royal Roads University, Jennifer brings a passion for relationship building and is actively involved in the local community through her volunteer work with JDF Minor Hockey. She is dedicated to connecting families, schools, businesses, and community organizations with the exciting game-day experience at the Q Centre.
