Victoria BC – The Grizzlies are set to retire Alex Newhook’s number tonight! Alex was a force to be reckoned with during his 2 season stint with the Grizzlies organization. On and off the ice a he was a natural leader and donned the captains C for his final season with the team. Come on down to the Q Centre tonight as we honor his legacy and officially retire his number ’18’. Not only a number but the jersey design will be retired as well as the Grizzlies unveil their new home white jerseys tonight!
The Grizzlies will host the Alberni Valley Bulldogs tonight at 7:00 PM.
