Victoria, BC ~ The Victoria Grizzlies announced on Thursday morning that they have signed 18-year-old forward Jack McDonough from the Aberdeen Wings of the NAHL.
Jack (who is committed to St. Lawrence University) hails from Duxbury, Massachusetts, USA, and comes to Victoria after parts of two campaigns with Aberdeen. In those two seasons, he has appeared in 59 games, scoring 14 goals and adding 25 points to go along with 93 penalty minutes. The six-foot-one, 190-pound forward is known for his heavy and physical play, adding to the Grizzlies’ forward depth as the second half begins.
The Grizzlies would like to welcome Jack and the whole McDonough family to “Bear Country”.
