Victoria, BC – Richard is another Slovakian who hails from Bratislava. Richard spent last year playing at a fabulous program in Connecticut with South Kent School. We love Richards offensive mind and elite skating ability that make him a very valuable asset on both sides of the puck. He has International experience with Slovakia playing the in the Hlinka Gretzky Cup last year while also appearing in a handful of games for the U20 squad this season. Richard is committed to Arizona State University and is a very welcome addition to our team.
The Grizzlies open up the 2023/24 regular season on the road against Surrey, Chilliwack and Powell River. We will see them for our home opener on Sunday Oct 1st 23 when they will play the Cowichan Capitals. This will be a 2:00 pm day game so bring the family!
