The Victoria Grizzlies knew they had to end Parents Weekend on a positive note and they sure did that beating the Chilliwack Chiefs 6-2.
Grizzlies came out firing right from the drop of the puck and never let up, Alex Adams, Brandon Egli, Gerry Fitzgerald, Stefan Burzan, Jacob Kearley and Jay Mackie would all net one in the Grizzly win while Alec Dillon kicked away 29 shots.
From a disappointing loss to Cowichan on Friday, to a busy Saturday full of parent/player activities Sunday afternoons win was a great end to parent’s weekend.
